where are you popping up?

We will have over 35 locations in 2024 all over Canada, USA and Mexico! We're still getting them all line d up for the year, but we'll be announcing them both on our Instagram and right here on our website. Check back to the 'events' tab for more info!  
 

Can I make reservations

Reservations are different for each location! Hit up the events tab above, find your city and click on their website for contact details. That said, reservations are not necessarily required! These are first come, first served pop-ups so just find your local and head on down!

Do I have to dress up?

You certainly don't have to, but dressing up is fun! Our staff get into it, the vibe of the room is definitely conducive to a good costume, besides - don't you want an excuse to get dressed up?

I heard some locations are doing live shows, burlesque and performances, how do i find out more?

Every venue will be doing Emo Night every Wednesday! Beyond that, programming will be up the the venue, so it's best to keep and eye on their social media! You can find links to each venues socials in the locations tab and clicking on 'Instagram'

I made an order for glassware, how long does shipping usually take?

We aim to ship out all orders within 2 days. Depending on your location, orders take between 3-7 days to arrive, depending on the shipping option chosen on checkout. We ship all of our orders out of our office in Los Angeles. If you have made and order and do not receive a shipping confirmation and tracking info within 2 days, please email us at info@blacklagoonpopup.com

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or order number. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@blacklagoonpopup.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@blacklagoonpopup.com.
